My Fiafia writing

Have you ever been to a fiafia event? Well at Pt England School last week we had a fiafia performance, it is one of my the best event so far. I really enjoyed it.

Fiafia is about everyone that Pt England School participating in a cultural group, and . Our fiafia happened on the 7th April 2016 Thursday. This event was on our school field, and covering stage was a big marque. The event was only our Pt England student.

The group that I was in was the Middle school Hip Hop team. I chose this group because I really enjoy dance it cool song like dessert. We have been practicing from week 4 to week 9 and worked really hard on our dances. In fact everyone in our school have been working hard as well.  

My favourite performance was the Jump Jam group. I chose this group because I really like the their glow in the dark bands around their neck and hands. Also I like there song, It was one of the best song I’ve ever heard.

How I felt that night was excited but a little bit nervous. I thought that I performed well. I think that everyone performed well.

Year 5/6 camp

Walt: organise my ideas into paragraphs and link them together.

Two weeks ago it was Pt England 26th anniversary on camp.  Have you ever been on camp? Well I have. I’m a year 5 so I get to go camping again next year.

We camped on the Pt England school field. What we had to had was get split into groups. This was only a team 4 event.  

My favourite highlight was killer zone with Mr Jacobson. This was my favourite activity because neven do we lost, we herded the Kind Krew cheering us on.  Finally we reached the end and the boys raised our flag.

My second highlight was camp cooking with Mrs Garden in the kitchen hall. This was because the girls got to cook chocolate chip cookies. When they were ready the soft cookies started to brake when we lifted them up. With the broken cookies we got to eat them. But the boys were lucky because they got to cook maori bread with Matua.

How I felt about this amazing camp was excited because I’ve never been on camp before. So I’m looking forward to having another great experiments on camp next year.

The three little pigs

Walt: retelling a stroy

    Three little pigs and the Big bad wolf.

In a forest there lived 3 little pigs and they lived within their mum in a little house. One day the 3 little pigs haad to go and build there own houses. They seet off and found a wonderful waterfall to build there houses by.

1st pig built his house out of straw. 2nd pig built his house out of sticks. Last pig put lots of effor in his house and built it out of bricks. 1st and 2nd rust so the can play, sind and dance.

But then along came the big bad wolf and scared 1st and 2nd to there house. Wolf chase little pig to his house and said “ Little pig little pig let me come” pig said “ not by the hair of my chinny chin chin” “ Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff ,and I’ll blow your house down” he said. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh wooooooooooo. Pig ran to 2nd pigs house and said” Let me in brother, the big bad wolf is coming for us” “ wait” said 2nd pig. 2nd pig open the door “ come in” said the brother. Wolf knocked and said “ Little pig little pig let me in” “ Not by the hair on our chinny chin chin” said 2nd pig. “ Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff, and I’ll blow your house down”. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Wooooooooooo aand 2 pigs house got buster too.  1st and 2nd brother then ran to 3th pigs house and knocked and said “brother brother you got to let us in the big bad wolf is coming for us”, “ Wait at minute” said 3th pig. 3th little pig opened the door and the 2 other brother ran in and hid under pigs bed.  Wolf knocked and said “ Little pigs little pigs let me in” “ Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin” said 3th pig. “ Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down”. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Wooooooooooooooooooooooooo
