ASB Polyfest 2019!!!

Have you ever been to the ASB Polyfest before? Have you heard of it? Have You watched it on Television? If not now is the time to know about it and find out what me and my awesome POD/ Group did at Polyfest. 

For Polyfest I had the privilege to have the wonderful Whaea Kelly. The first thing we did when we got to Polyfest, was super fun activities. The activities were hosted be Blue Light, Ministry of Education, Westfield, SUPA, Vaimatina and Sport Waitakere. Each activity took 10 minutes. I think SUPA was my favourite activity, because they taught us to do a mix culture dance. 

After that we got to rome around the ASB Polyfest ground and visit different Stage do more activities and many more. Around 1:30 or 1:25 we started to head back to the entrance to get ready to head back to school on the buses. I got to say it was the best Polyfest ever!

First Writing Test For 2019!!!

Have you ever had a special place that you have loved for years? Do you ever wish you did?
Well now it’s time for you to have one. In this explanation I will tell you and explain why Glen
Innes is so special and why you should join the Glen Innes Community. I guarantee you after
you finish reading this explanation Glen Innes will be your special place and you will want to
join in.

One special thing about Glen Innes is Te Oro. The reason why Te Oro is special is, because
it’s a place where you can go learn new skills such as sing, dancing, making culture objects,
visual art and many more. For example if you would like to learn how to dancing, you could
go along to Te Oro, sign in and they will show you some skill you may have never seen before.
After you have finished the lesson you will be the best dancer in your whole Family.

Another special thing about the Glen Innes is Our Glen Innes library. It is filled with a lot of
amazing books and lovely caretakers. At the Glen Innes Library you can also do some fun
activities and earn/make cool prizes. E.G ( this is to parents ) if you are going shopping and you
have 4 children to look after and there is no one at home to look after them, you can take them
to the library sign them up for free and you can be take part in the cool and fun activities that the
Glen Innes Library.

Second to last thing the is special about Glen Innes is Pt England School. The reasons why
Pt England School is so special to me, is because of the kind and caring student, teachers and
families that are connected to our school. E.g. I have been apart of Pt England School ever
since is was 5 years old and it has been that most kind and caring school ever.

The most important thing that is special about the Glen Innes community are the people apart
of the community. Without the people we have in the community Glen Innes will not be a good
community. For example: if someone in the community needs help with feeding their family or
needs looking after, some people from the Glen Innes Community will try their very best to
provide them with food and help them as much as they can.

Task Description: For this task we had to do a book review. A book review is when you read a book of any kind and basically write a summary about it. You also have to include the Genre, how many pages it has and who the author is. At the end I also had to make poster about the book.

Kia Ora, Talofa Lava, Malo Lelei, Kia Orana and greetings to you all. My name is Chastyti and I am in Room 3 @ Pt England School. This year I have to privilege to have 5 wonderful teacher in the block. Their names are Mrs Ilaoa, Mrs Moala, Mts Stone, Ms Tapuke and my home class teacher  Mrs Tele’a. At school I enjoy playing with my friends and solving maths problems that are at least 2 - 3 years above my original maths level. As you might already know from the last sentence my favourite subject at school is Maths. In my spare time I like reading books, playing a game of touch and baking a little batch of cupcakes. So there is a little bit about me. I hope you enjoy my blog and the upcoming post.
